Who we are

ZAFIRO PROPERTY MANAGEMENT S.R.L., corporate ID 3-102-899681, domiciled in Jacó, Garabito, Puntarenas, Costa Rica. We manage vacation rental properties and offer analysis and management tools for Airbnb listings. Contact: info@zafiropm.com.

What data we collect

Free audit: the public link of your Airbnb listing, your email address and the language you requested the analysis in. The analysis uses only the public information of the listing — we never ask for access to your Airbnb account or your card for the free audit.

Clients: the account and property data you enter (contacts, property details, photos). Sensitive onboarding data (bank account, access codes, WiFi) goes to a closed vault and is never shown on public screens.

Measurement: we use the Meta pixel to measure which pages and ads work, and we measure delivery and clicks of our own emails.

What we use it for

To deliver what you requested: the audit, the Implementation Plan, your subscription reports.

If you requested the free audit, we also send a short email sequence with tips about your listing. Every one of those emails carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect your account emails (invoices, contracts, reports).

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your data. It is shared only with the providers that run the service: Twilio SendGrid (email delivery), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Tilopay (payments — we never see or store your card), Apify (reading the public Airbnb listing) and Anthropic (analysis generation).

Your rights

You can request to see, correct or delete your data by writing to info@zafiropm.com. To stop receiving the tips emails, use the unsubscribe link included in every email — one click, effective immediately.
